This remote research opportunity is designed for healthcare professionals with hands-on experience in data governance, compliance, privacy, or security. You will participate in a one-on-one voice interview focused on how healthcare organizations manage sensitive data and emerging AI technologies. The discussion will explore processes for granting, restricting, and monitoring AI access to medical information. You’ll also evaluate hypothetical governance and risk scenarios based on your professional experience. Your insights will help illuminate how organizations balance innovation with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements. The interview is conversational and tailored to your role, responsibilities, and experience. This is a short-term, paid research opportunity with a $170 one-time compensation.
Accountabilities
- Discuss your organization’s current data governance, compliance, privacy, and risk-management workflows.
- Explain how healthcare organizations evaluate AI tools and determine appropriate access to sensitive health information.
- Describe processes for managing, approving, restricting, or monitoring data access for software and technology solutions.
- Respond to hypothetical scenarios involving healthcare data privacy, security, compliance, and AI-related risks.
- Share practical insights into the challenges of introducing innovative technologies while maintaining regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Discuss relevant workflows, decision-making processes, and governance considerations based on your professional experience.
- Professional experience in healthcare data governance, compliance, privacy, health informatics, IT security, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with medical data privacy regulations, healthcare security requirements, or organizational compliance frameworks.
- Direct involvement in evaluating, approving, managing, or overseeing data access for software or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with the risks and governance considerations associated with AI or other emerging technologies in healthcare.
- Ability to discuss organizational processes and technology decisions at a high level without disclosing confidential or proprietary information.
- Strong communication skills and comfort participating in a remote, one-on-one voice interview.
- Relevant backgrounds may include compliance officers, data privacy managers, health informatics directors, IT security leaders, and similar professionals.
- $170 one-time compensation for the completed research interview.
