  • Process events and handle inbound customer correspondence, including opening, scanning, and processing materials.
  • Support escalated customer service inquiries and client interactions related to full-service office operations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure issues are communicated and resolved effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college experience or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, clients, vendors, and different levels of leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a willingness to develop further as a people leader.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings, manage multiple priorities, and work with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills, combined with flexibility and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and reporting databases.
  • Strong commitment to quality, customer service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Professional judgment, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to act with accountability in situations requiring independent decisions.
  • Career development opportunities within a leadership-oriented operational environment.
  • Opportunities to build leadership, coaching, customer service, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Exposure to cross-functional projects, client interactions, vendor relationships, and operational strategy.
  • A collaborative environment focused on accountability, integrity, courage, and teamwork.
  • Equal employment opportunity and consideration without regard to protected characteristics.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
