The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Talent and Performance based in the United States.

The Manager, Talent and Performance will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness within a globally distributed nonprofit organization. The role offers an opportunity to shape talent initiatives, improve internal processes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. If you are a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a remote, international environment and is motivated by meaningful social impact, this opportunity offers both professional growth and purpose.

  • Performance Management: Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management practices, including goal setting, regular feedback, development planning, and performance reviews.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, retention, and overall experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Analyze feedback and recommend practical improvements.

  • Global Collaboration and Organizational Health: Partner with colleagues across regions, functions, and time zones, working with external employment providers and advisors when needed to support effective global HR operations.
  • Data-Informed Decision-Making and Communication: Analyze HR metrics, employee feedback, and organizational trends to identify improvement opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate people-related information clearly to employees and managers.

  • HR Business Partnership: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and provide effective guidance and coaching to employees and managers at different organizational levels.
  • Employee Relations and Confidentiality: Strong professional judgment and experience managing sensitive employee matters discreetly, fairly, and confidentially.
  • Program and Project Leadership: Proven ability to independently manage HR initiatives from initial planning and development through implementation and evaluation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
