The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager, Fashion, Home, and Interiors based in United States.

The Marketing Manager will drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and growth across the Fashion, Home, and Interiors customer ecosystem. The role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution across established products and emerging digital solutions. You will develop go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, customer segmentation, positioning, and demand-generation programs. Working across Product, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, and regional teams, you will connect market insights with commercial opportunities. You will also bring industry trends, color intelligence, educational content, and consulting services to relevant audiences. The position offers a highly collaborative and global environment with exposure to evolving technologies, digital workflows, and AI-enabled design. Success will require a strong creative sensibility, commercial mindset, and ability to translate customer and market insights into measurable growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services, and solutions serving Fashion, Home, and Interiors markets, partnering closely with Product Management to align marketing activity with business objectives.
  • Own integrated marketing plans that strengthen established product portfolios while increasing awareness, adoption, and demand for emerging digital solutions, consulting services, workflow integrations, and other growth offerings.
  • Develop customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaigns that clearly communicate product value and differentiation across both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Partner with internal experts and content teams to bring relevant trend insights, publications, educational content, and consulting services to market through programs designed to build awareness, engagement, and qualified demand.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, cultural shifts, competitive activity, and evolving industry workflows into relevant marketing strategies, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, regional teams, and external partners to execute integrated campaigns, customer communications, sales enablement initiatives, and market-specific programs across global markets.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with priority customer segments, industry communities, and strategic partners, contributing to broader partnership initiatives and major brand programs.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, and activations to strengthen relationships, gather market intelligence, and increase visibility within the Fashion, Home, and Interiors ecosystem.
  • Establish and monitor marketing and portfolio KPIs, using customer insights and campaign performance data to improve effectiveness, demonstrate business impact, and support continued growth.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution, creative review, content development, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Interior Design, Textile Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience, preferably within fashion, home furnishings, interiors, textiles, materials, design technology, creative software, digital product creation, or related industries.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market programs, and demand-generation campaigns across both established portfolios and new growth offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, regional teams, external partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Fashion, Home, Interiors, textile, materials, design, or product-development ecosystem, including how trends, color, materials, technology, and cultural influences affect product development, sourcing, design decisions, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review marketing content, messaging, and creative assets and provide clear, constructive direction.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, e-commerce, email marketing, analytics, social media, and performance-measurement tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution, supported by excellent project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Commercial and data-informed growth mindset with the ability to connect customer insights, market intelligence, campaign performance, and business objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across functions and with external partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural curiosity about emerging trends, technologies, digital workflows, AI-enabled design and product-development tools, and evolving customer needs.
  • Existing industry relationships across fashion, home furnishings, interiors, textiles, materials, product development, or design technology are a plus.
  • Familiarity with color standards, digital color workflows, color data solutions, or comparable color-management technologies is desirable.
  • Experience marketing SaaS, digital workflow, PLM, design technology, consulting, data, or other solution-based offerings in addition to physical products is advantageous.
  • Understanding of color management, trend forecasting, product-development workflows, sourcing, or design processes from inspiration through production is a plus.
  • Annual base salary of $150,000–$160,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, and business needs.
  • Eligibility for bonus pay.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off.
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Up to 25% travel to support industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, activations, and other business needs.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, skill development, coaching, and continued learning within a global, innovation-focused environment.
  • Exposure to the intersection of color science, fashion, interiors, design, digital workflows, AI-enabled technologies, and emerging product-development solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
