This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Media Buyer (Telegram Ads) based in Canada.

In this role, you will take full ownership of launching, managing, and scaling high-impact paid advertising campaigns within the Telegram Ads ecosystem, specifically targeting the dynamic Turkish iGaming market. Operating in an autonomous and high-trust remote environment, you will play a crucial part in driving quality traffic, optimizing performance metrics, and expanding market reach across sensitive verticals. Working as part of a collaborative international team, you will enjoy complete operational freedom while controlling substantial ad budgets. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven media buyer eager to leverage deep channel insights, build high-converting ad formats, and make a measurable impact on campaign growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Campaign Launch & Management: Plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns using the official Telegram Ads platform, utilizing sponsored text, video, and rich ad formats.
  • Audience & Channel Selection: Research, identify, and target high-performing Turkish Telegram channels tailored to casino and betting audiences.
  • Creative Development & Testing: Design, test, and iterate high-converting Telegram ad creatives and messaging adapted to local audience preferences.
  • Ad Account & Budget Management: Manage multiple ad accounts, oversee account sourcing and purchasing, and execute strategic budget allocation and scaling strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) to maximize conversion rates and overall traffic quality.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Utilize analytics and tracking tools to evaluate post-click performance, rapidly scaling profitable campaigns while cutting underperforming ones.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns on the official Telegram Ads platform.
  • Vertical Expertise: Demonstrated experience running successful advertising campaigns in restricted or sensitive verticals, specifically iGaming and betting offers.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Turkish Telegram audience, user behavior, and local channel ecosystem.
  • Analytical & Data Mindset: Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and post-click funnel tracking.
  • Account & Budget Management: Solid experience managing multiple ad accounts, sourcing accounts, managing budgets, and executing scaling strategies.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian (RU/EN).
