  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with case management, clinical staff, clients, providers, and internal departments to coordinate services, support members requiring additional assistance, and facilitate appropriate clinical review when needed.
  • Escalation and Barrier Resolution: Identify potential obstacles to care, service delays, sensitive issues, and non-standard requests, escalating clinical or complex matters to the appropriate teams in accordance with established procedures.
  • Documentation and System Management: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of member interactions, scheduling activities, case progress, outcomes, and follow-up requirements in CRM, scheduling, case management, and other departmental systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
