The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of People Experience based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the employee experience within a fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of financial services, technology, and digital assets. You will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and employee support. Through your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence, you will help create a positive, consistent, and efficient workplace experience. You will collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, and technical teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate employee records, and resolve complex employee matters. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives that reduce administrative workloads and improve service delivery. Working in a security-conscious, highly regulated environment, you will help build scalable People operations while supporting a diverse, distributed workforce.

Accountabilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate and execute onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs across human resources information systems (HRIS), payroll, benefits, and other relevant teams.
  • Employee Case Management: Manage employee inquiries and cases from initial intake through resolution, providing clear guidance on policies and processes while escalating sensitive or complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Immigration Coordination: Oversee immigration-related case logistics, track progress, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to support employees throughout the process.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and use HR technology platforms to support efficient People operations, including systems such as Dayforce, Remote, Lever, and immigration management tools.
  • Training and Compliance: Coordinate the deployment and tracking of mandatory People, Legal, and Compliance training through the HRIS, ensuring completion records are accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Partner with technical, analytics, and AI teams to identify repetitive administrative workflows, evaluate automation opportunities, and test new tools before implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Accounting, People Analytics, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows and consistent employee support.
  • Employee Experience Optimization: Identify recurring questions, feedback themes, and operational bottlenecks that may negatively affect the employee experience, and recommend practical improvements to address them.
  • Operational Planning and Prioritization: Manage multiple time-sensitive workflows and moderately complex projects, applying sound judgment to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
  • Continuous Learning and Organizational Support: Stay informed about HR technology, People operations best practices, employee engagement insights, and relevant data privacy considerations. Contribute to recruitment activities through referrals, interviews, and hiring support.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a People Generalist role, preferably within a startup or high-growth organization.
  • HR Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar systems, with the ability to manage employee lifecycle workflows and maintain accurate records.
  • Employee Lifecycle Operations: Practical experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and internal mobility processes, with an understanding of how these workflows connect to payroll, benefits, and other People functions.
  • Employee Relations and Case Management: Ability to manage employee inquiries and casework from intake to resolution, exercise sound judgment, identify sensitive matters, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Experience collaborating with technical, analytics, or data teams to improve workflows, implement automation, or test operational tools is highly desirable.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Ownership and Problem-Solving: A proactive, process-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify operational challenges, analyze recurring issues, recommend improvements, and follow through on solutions.
  • Data Privacy and Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with employee data confidentiality, privacy considerations, and compliance requirements in a regulated or security-conscious environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting a global workforce, coordinating company-wide training programs, or managing immigration-related workflows is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn new systems, adapt to evolving processes, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Remote Work: Remote working arrangements for eligible employees based in the United States.
  • Full-Time Employment: A full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to a growing People function.
  • Professional Development: Opportunities to expand expertise in People Operations, HR technology, workflow automation, and employee experience management.
  • Technology-Driven Environment: Exposure to modern HR systems and opportunities to collaborate on AI-enabled automation and operational improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Opportunities to work closely with People, Legal, Finance, Analytics, and technical teams.
  • Career Growth: Experience supporting a rapidly evolving organization, with opportunities to develop broader operational knowledge and take ownership of increasingly complex workflows.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
