This fully remote opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy helping families, building relationships, and working independently. You’ll connect with clients virtually, explain available benefits, and provide ongoing customer support. The role combines customer service, virtual consultations, relationship management, and professional development. No previous insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided. You’ll work within a collaborative virtual environment with opportunities to develop communication and leadership skills. The position offers flexible scheduling after training and the potential to build long-term, performance-based income. Accountabilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and their families through professional and consistent communication.
- Conduct virtual appointments from a home-based workspace using Zoom and other digital communication tools.
- Review available benefits and coverage options and help clients understand their financial protection choices.
- Provide ongoing customer service, answer questions, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, mentorship programs, and leadership development activities.
- Stay informed about available products, services, processes, and applicable insurance requirements.
- Develop strong communication, organization, customer service, and leadership capabilities through ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with a distributed remote team while managing individual responsibilities and client appointments.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- No previous insurance or customer service experience is required; training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable using computers, Zoom, virtual meeting platforms, and basic digital tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and multiple client interactions.
- Positive, outgoing, energetic personality and genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships.
- Interest in professional development, leadership, and long-term career growth.
- A Life & Health Insurance License is required before conducting licensed insurance activities; applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements must be completed as required.
- Must provide a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and quiet professional workspace.
- Leadership or management experience is helpful but not required.
- Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation arrangements, and contractor terms may vary by state.
- 100% remote work from anywhere within the United States, subject to applicable state requirements.
