You’ll also have the opportunity to use AI tools to reduce administrative workload and improve legal operations. This fully remote position is well suited to a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys ownership, complex coordination, and building scalable processes.
Accountabilities:

- Partner with Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury, People, and other functions to improve and streamline legal workflows.
- Assist attorneys with commercial transactions and compliance matters, exercising sound judgment when working with limited direction.
- Maintain organized trackers, project plans, and workflows to ensure multiple legal workstreams remain on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and adopt AI-assisted workflows that reduce administrative work and increase efficiency.
- Support the legal team as the function expands into areas such as Board coordination, legal research, and contract drafting and review.
- 7+ years of corporate and transactional experience, ideally including experience within a large corporate legal department or law firm.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Experience with corporate transactions, due diligence, and compliance.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, including law firm billing.
- Excellent communication, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate upcoming deadlines and requirements without extensive supervision.
- Comfortable working independently alongside attorneys and able to identify when issues require legal guidance.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in using emerging technology to improve legal operations.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Experience negotiating commercial contracts is a plus.
- Experience managing a corporate intellectual property portfolio is a plus.
- Must be able to work fully remotely within the Continental United States, with periodic business travel and attendance at company gatherings.

- Annual full-time starting base salary of $95,000–$124,000.
- Eligibility for additional compensation through annual incentive and equity programs.
- Remote-first work environment.
- Paid time off.
- 401(k) plan with employer match.
- Monthly wellness stipend.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
