This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Account Manager - SaaS Reseller Partnerships based in United States.
This is a fully remote commercial partnership role focused on expanding and strengthening a SaaS reseller ecosystem across North America. You will own relationships with strategic reseller partners, from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, growth, and long-term success. The role combines partner strategy, sales enablement, forecasting, business planning, and hands-on commercial execution. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to help partners effectively sell, provision, bill, and support SaaS solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will engage stakeholders ranging from partner sales teams to senior and C-level decision-makers. The position offers significant autonomy, international collaboration, and the opportunity to directly influence partner revenue and business growth. It is well suited to a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and turning partnerships into measurable results.
Accountabilities
- Identify, recruit, and negotiate commercial agreements with strategic reseller partners across North America.
- Lead the commercial and operational onboarding of new partners, ensuring they understand the reseller model, pricing, processes, and provisioning tools.
- Deliver sales enablement initiatives and Train-the-Trainer sessions to help partner teams confidently position, demonstrate, and sell SaaS solutions.
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans with partners and track performance against forecasts, revenue objectives, and growth targets.
- Support strategic sales opportunities through co-selling while maintaining a partner-first approach and ensuring partners retain ownership of their customer relationships.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance, identify expansion opportunities, address risks, reduce churn, and strengthen partner engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-level executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to remove obstacles and improve partner success.
- Monitor partner pipelines, forecasts, commercial performance, and growth opportunities using a data-driven approach.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the reseller ecosystem and increase partner-generated business.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS partner management, channel sales, business development, or a closely related commercial role.
- Proven experience working with Value-Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers, Professional Services organizations, hyperscaler marketplaces, or comparable technology partner ecosystems.
- An established network of potential partners within the U.S. and strong familiarity with the North American SaaS market.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships and influence stakeholders at executive level.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing forecasts, sales pipelines, business plans, and performance targets.
- Solid business acumen combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate SaaS value clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and sales enablement capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote and internationally distributed environment.
- Adaptable communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders from different cultures, functions, and levels of seniority.
- Curious, solution-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by helping partners achieve measurable business results.
- Current authorization to work in the country of employment is required; visa or work-permit sponsorship may not be available.
