This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Presentation Specialist AI Researcher based in India.

This remote role is designed for an experienced presentation specialist with a strong background in banking, consulting, or advisory environments. You will use your hands-on PowerPoint expertise to create realistic tasks that evaluate how effectively AI can perform professional presentation production work. The role focuses on the detailed execution behind high-quality finance and advisory decks, from working with source materials to applying corporate templates and making precise edits. You will establish clear expected outputs and objective criteria that allow AI-generated work to be evaluated consistently. Your expertise will help identify where AI can replicate professional presentation workflows and where human judgment remains essential. This is an opportunity to apply your production experience to an emerging field while working independently in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

  • Create realistic PowerPoint tasks based on your professional presentation-production experience, including building decks from source documents, completing corporate templates, rolling presentations forward, and making precise edits.
  • Complete each task yourself to establish a clear, accurate, and reproducible expected result.
  • Develop detailed yes-or-no evaluation criteria that enable an AI grader to assess whether a presentation meets the required standard.
  • Provide the actual source files and input materials needed to complete each task, ensuring they are human-authored and suitable for use.
  • Apply your knowledge of professional presentation standards to define what constitutes a correct, polished, and compliant deliverable.
  • Create task briefs and rubrics independently without using AI tools for drafting, rewriting, or polishing.
  • Participate in the onboarding walkthrough, complete the required task in the designated workspace, and respond to revision requests where applicable.
  • Contribute specialist knowledge that helps evaluate AI performance in finance and advisory presentation-production workflows.
  • 3+ years of experience in presentation services, visual/graphics teams, or presentation/deck production supporting banking, consulting, advisory, or similar professional-services teams.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint, including native charts, tables, formatting, layouts, and corporate templates.
  • Strong understanding of the standards and workflows involved in producing professional finance or advisory presentations.
  • Ability to precisely define what a correct presentation should look like and translate that knowledge into objective, measurable evaluation criteria.
  • Clear and precise written communication skills, with the ability to create unambiguous task briefs and rubrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, formatting, and visual quality.
  • Curiosity about artificial intelligence and willingness to learn concepts related to AI and data evaluation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage structured assignments in a fully remote environment.
  • Willingness to produce task briefs and rubrics without AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, or polishing.
  • Ability to use only materials you are authorized to share and remove confidential employer or client information from any submitted materials.
  • Successful completion of the onboarding and task-based evaluation process is required; completing onboarding does not guarantee a job offer.
