This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the evolution of digital products in a dynamic and continuously transforming environment. You will connect customer needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities to deliver measurable value to users. The position combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across web and mobile platforms. You will coordinate initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders, creating alignment around priorities, risks, and expected outcomes. The role requires strong influence, organization, communication, and the ability to navigate complex and changing environments. You will contribute to product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. This is an impactful opportunity for a collaborative product leader who enjoys turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Define and continuously evolve product strategies, aligning business objectives, customer needs, and technology capabilities.
  • Manage and prioritize product demands across multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on value creation and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate initiatives involving multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, balancing business, technology, and user experience requirements.
  • Own backlog management, requirements refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning.
  • Lead discovery activities, analysis, validation, and hypothesis testing to support informed product decisions.
  • Act as a key connection point between Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and promote alignment around priorities, risks, dependencies, and results.
  • Partner with innovation and business teams to evaluate new opportunities, ideas, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of product management processes within a growing and transforming organization.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in both products and user experience.
  • Coordinate initiatives involving large development teams and multiple web and mobile platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve product management efficiency through AI-powered tools.
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable digital product management role.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy, prioritizing backlogs, and managing product lifecycles.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including Development, Business, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience coordinating product requirements involving larger development teams and web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Product Discovery, requirements gathering, hypothesis validation, and solution definition.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence using data, metrics, and performance indicators to guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build consensus among diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different business areas.
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization, context management, and execution skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience when working in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously within lean, high-growth structures.
  • Interest and practical ability to use AI tools such as Claude or Copilot to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Collaborative mindset, ownership mentality, strategic thinking, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Availability for occasional travel to the office in São Paulo for planning, alignment, and team collaboration.
