As a Program Manager, Global Strategic Accounts, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and optimization of strategic programs for a major global enterprise client. You will translate account priorities into actionable roadmaps that align employee engagement initiatives, coaching services, content, and regional campaigns. Working closely with account leadership, operations teams, and client stakeholders, you will ensure consistent execution across diverse markets and employee populations. You will leverage data, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business and employee well-being outcomes. Join a mission-driven, technology-enabled environment where your work helps organizations improve health, productivity, and resilience at scale.

Accountabilities

  • Program Strategy and Planning: Translate account objectives into structured program plans with clear goals, timelines, responsibilities, milestones, and success metrics. Maintain a global roadmap and master calendar covering engagement campaigns, content initiatives, quarterly themes, and regional priorities while ensuring alignment with delivery capacity and resource availability.
  • Data, Reporting, and Performance Analysis: Manage account reporting by collaborating with data and internal teams to validate information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain consistent performance metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards tracking engagement, utilization, program outcomes, and progress against agreed commitments. Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Business Reviews and Insights: Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews by preparing reports, performance insights, and supporting materials. Monitor program capacity, commitments, and resource requirements to inform prioritization and support strategic account decisions.
  • Program Development and Optimization: Integrate content, coaching, live sessions, and engagement campaigns into a cohesive roadmap aligned with client objectives and employee needs. Partner with operations, coaching, and content teams to increase awareness, participation, and utilization. • Cross-Functional and Client Coordination: Facilitate planning sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into clear decisions, ownership, and actionable next steps. Coordinate delivery requirements across regions and teams, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment on timelines and responsibilities.
  • Scope and Risk Management: Assess new requests against program objectives, timelines, available resources, and existing commitments. Identify potential risks and delivery constraints early, recommend practical solutions, and escalate decisions involving changes to scope, priorities, or resources to the Account Director.
  • Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from clients, regional teams, and program participants into future planning. Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement strategies, improve operational efficiency, and increase the overall impact of global programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing programs in enterprise client services, employee engagement, internal communications, or a related field.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
