This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced program professional who thrives on ownership, relationship building, and measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Execute regional market development strategies across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile, adapting initiatives to local market dynamics and member needs.
  • Research member needs, institutional environments, competitive landscapes, and market trends to inform regional priorities and growth strategies.
  • Identify and support opportunities for growth through academic partnerships, institutional engagement, industry collaboration, and other strategic relationships.
  • Develop and execute initiatives designed to increase membership among students, early-career professionals, and institutional audiences.
  • Support membership retention programs, monitor results, and recommend improvements to strengthen member value and renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize messaging, campaigns, and value propositions for regional audiences.
  • Serve as a key liaison for international and student chapters, maintaining strong relationships with volunteer leaders and faculty advisors.
  • Support chapter activation, sustainability, and growth by helping leaders improve programming, relevance, participation, and member experiences.
  • Develop pathways that encourage student members to transition into professional chapters or local engagement opportunities.
  • Lead or support regional workshops, webinars, conferences, and partner activities aligned with awareness, membership, and engagement goals.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, stakeholder communications, and regional representation as required.
  • Build and manage relationships with universities, research institutions, industry partners, and professional or scientific societies.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and support the onboarding of new partners to expand regional reach and influence.
  • Track program performance and engagement metrics, using data and market feedback to evaluate initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders while independently managing multiple priorities across countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in program management, membership organizations, international market engagement, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish, including the ability to conduct business meetings and produce professional written communications.
  • Strong experience supporting membership growth, engagement, retention, or community-building initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, measurable programs and actions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, countries, and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with confidence working across diverse cultural and professional environments.
  • Experience monitoring performance metrics and using data and insights to guide program decisions.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Latin American markets, particularly Brazil and Mexico, is strongly preferred.
  • Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in scientific, academic, nonprofit, professional association, or membership-based organizations is advantageous.
  • An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, internationally distributed environment.
  • Competitive annual compensation of $65,000–$75,000 USD.
  • Full-time employment.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Opportunity to work across multiple Latin American markets and international stakeholder groups.
  • Exposure to global strategy, membership growth, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on member acquisition, retention, and regional growth.
  • Collaborative environment with global teams, volunteer leaders, academic institutions, and industry partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
