It is well suited to an organized early-career professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and supporting teams toward safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, documentation, and workflows across design, pre-construction, and construction phases.
  • Maintain project dashboards, action logs, document control systems, and other tracking tools across multiple projects.
  • Support Project Managers with meeting minutes, project reports, status updates, and other administrative deliverables.
  • Assist with field coordination, including contractor access, safety requirements, site logistics, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), design documentation, and required responses to help maintain project schedules.
  • Prepare, distribute, organize, and archive project correspondence while maintaining accurate version control.
  • Coordinate with institutional stakeholders regarding schedules, site access, project communications, and construction activities.
  • Support project closeout activities, including warranty documentation, as-built records, and lessons-learned summaries.
  • Monitor project information and follow up on outstanding actions to keep teams aligned and deadlines on track.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, templates, reporting practices, and document-management processes.
  • Support compliance with organizational ethics, safety, documentation, and project-management procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project planning, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and construction coordination practices.
  • Experience with document-control or project-management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse project teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to participate in regular project-site visits.
  • Commitment to following applicable safety, ethics, and workplace policies.
  • Ability to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
  • Hourly compensation range of $32.88–$43.84 USD, with actual compensation depending on factors such as location, experience, education, and internal pay alignment.
  • Eligibility for a competitive bonus or incentive plan.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Life insurance and employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Paid time off, wellness days, holidays, and applicable leave programs.
  • Supplemental benefits supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Family-forming and caregiver-related benefits for eligible full-time employees.
  • Opportunities to work on utility, infrastructure, and renewable-energy projects supporting a major institutional environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
