The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst, Reporting & Data based in Canada.

Join a growing, remote-friendly SaaS organization dedicated to modernizing the pool and spa service industry through innovative technology and data-driven solutions. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, Reporting & Data, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into accurate, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and executive stakeholders, you will help strengthen reporting processes and improve data quality across the organization. You will contribute to go-to-market performance tracking, financial reporting, customer retention analysis, and product adoption insights. This role offers the opportunity to leverage SQL, business intelligence tools, CRM platforms, and AI-powered solutions to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency. As the business expands through new products and acquisitions, you will progressively take ownership of reporting initiatives and contribute to the evolution of its data infrastructure.

Accountabilities

  • Reporting and business intelligence: Support and progressively own recurring revenue operations dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance analyses covering marketing, free trials, sales pipelines, forecasting, payments, financial performance, product adoption, customer success, onboarding, churn, and retention.
  • Financial reporting and reconciliation: Assist Finance and Accounting with revenue-sharing reports for partner and referral agreements, reconciliation activities, and reporting related to embedded financing products.
  • Stakeholder support: Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from executives, program leaders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that insights are accurate, timely, and relevant to business priorities.
  • CRM data quality and optimization: Conduct recurring pipeline and field audits, standardize and consolidate CRM fields, address data-quality gaps, and improve data consistency across established and emerging product lines.
  • Product data integration: Collaborate with Product Analytics to integrate product usage and adoption metrics into the CRM, enabling Sales, Customer Success, and program leaders to better understand customer setup, feature engagement, and usage trends.
  • Process automation: Identify and automate manual, spreadsheet-based workflows to improve data reliability, reduce repetitive tasks, and enable CRM information to update automatically.
  • Reporting innovation: Use AI-powered tools to prototype new reports and analytical solutions, collaborating with Revenue Operations leadership to validate and implement approved improvements in the production business intelligence environment.
  • Business expansion and acquisitions: Help establish reporting capabilities for new go-to-market, finance, and operational initiatives while supporting acquisition-related data matching, migration, and reconciliation. Maintain visibility into acquired businesses' standalone performance and their contribution to consolidated results.
  • Data model development: Build a strong understanding of customer and revenue data structures, including customer identity resolution across systems, and progressively assume greater ownership of data management and reporting processes.
  • Relevant professional experience: Previous experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, ideally within a vertical SaaS business. Exposure to service industries and payment solutions is an advantage.
  • SQL and data infrastructure: Strong SQL skills, with experience querying cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and working with modern data transformation workflows such as dbt.
  • CRM expertise: Practical experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including data structures, field mapping, pipeline management, data-quality controls, and workflow optimization.
  • Reporting and analytics: Demonstrated ability to support recurring production reporting processes, including data extraction, report development, quality assurance, and publication for stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Business intelligence tools: Proficiency with reporting and visualization platforms such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Data accuracy and analytical thinking: Strong attention to detail, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to work confidently with both structured datasets and incomplete, inconsistent, or unrefined data.
  • AI and automation: Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Replit, or OpenAI to accelerate prototyping, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build productive relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with go-to-market reporting, financial analysis, accounting reconciliations, revenue operations metrics, or acquisition-related data integration.
  • Growth mindset: A proactive, adaptable approach to learning new systems, improving existing processes, and taking increasing ownership of reporting and data initiatives as business needs evolve.
  • Competitive base salary with potential bonus compensation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 100% of employee premiums covered and 50% of dependent premiums covered.
  • Immediate access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching, subject to applicable plan terms.
  • Flexible paid time off, with a minimum of 10 days required annually.
  • Paid parental leave, including 12 weeks for birthing parents and 6 weeks for supporting partners.
  • Remote-friendly work environment, with hybrid options available in designated office locations.
  • Comprehensive learning and development budget to support professional growth.
  • Dedicated management support focused on career development, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, inclusive workplace culture that values transparency, teamwork, customer success, and celebrating shared achievements.
  • Opportunities to expand your analytical expertise and take on greater responsibility as the organization grows its products, reporting capabilities, and data infrastructure.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
