This is a structured remote learning and professional development program designed for individuals looking to strengthen their SAP consulting readiness. The program provides practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation workflows, business process discussions, consulting documentation, and testing concepts. Participants can choose between project-focused experience or a combined training and project experience track based on their existing SAP knowledge. The program emphasizes mentor-guided learning, team collaboration, international consulting practices, and interview preparation. It is particularly suited to SAP-trained candidates, career transitioners, junior consultants, and professionals seeking additional practical exposure. The program is educational in nature and is designed to help participants build confidence and strengthen their positioning for future SAP consulting opportunities.

Accountabilities:

  • Participate in structured SAP S/4HANA project experience activities designed to build familiarity with implementation-oriented consulting workflows and practical project environments.
  • Engage in business process discussions and functional consulting activities to strengthen understanding of how SAP solutions are applied in real-world consulting scenarios.
  • Develop exposure to functional consulting documentation, project collaboration practices, testing processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination concepts.
  • Learn and apply principles of the SAP Activate methodology as part of the broader project and consulting experience.
  • Participate in mentor-guided learning sessions and team-based activities that encourage collaboration and practical problem-solving.
  • Choose the Project Experience Program for additional project-oriented exposure after completing SAP training, or the Training + Project Experience Program for additional SAP module training before beginning project activities.
  • Strengthen readiness for SAP consulting interviews through resume guidance, behavioral interview preparation, technical interview discussions, and consulting-oriented practice.
  • Participate in the subsequent 16–18 week placement-focused program, which may include a job gap matrix, resume customization, fast-track project experience, interview preparation, external resume marketing, and client interview opportunities.
  • Receive interview guidance and, where applicable, support related to placement opportunities and post-placement onboarding.
  • Suitable for SAP-trained candidates seeking additional practical and project-oriented consulting exposure.
  • Junior SAP consultants looking to strengthen their implementation workflow knowledge and consulting confidence are encouraged to participate.
  • Suitable for professionals transitioning into SAP consulting, including candidates returning after a career gap.
  • Appropriate for individuals targeting international SAP consulting opportunities and seeking greater awareness of global consulting expectations.
  • Participants should have an interest in SAP S/4HANA, business processes, consulting workflows, and practical project collaboration.
  • Candidates who have already completed SAP module training may benefit from the Project Experience Program, while those requiring additional module preparation may consider the Training + Project Experience Program.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, willingness to learn, and commitment to participating in mentor-guided activities are important for success.
  • Candidates should be prepared to engage in interview preparation, resume development, technical discussions, behavioral interviews, and project-oriented learning activities.
