Accountabilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with OEMs, ODMs, chipset vendors, module manufacturers, and device makers to expand the NTN and cellular device ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute account plans and partnership strategies aligned with the organization's NTN roadmap, product priorities, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead and support commercial negotiations covering partnership agreements, integration requirements, and go-to-market commitments.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate partner requirements into product and service priorities, providing guidance on integration, testing, and certification.
  • Coordinate with mobile network operators (MNOs), channel partners, and distributors to ensure new devices are commercially supported and ready for market launch.
  • Build joint go-to-market and marketing initiatives with device partners, including launch announcements, reference designs, and demand-generation programs.
  • Deliver technical and product presentations, demonstrations, and partner briefings, and represent the organization at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on ecosystem performance, including partnership pipeline, design wins, device certifications, and revenue contribution.

  • Experience working with Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), cellular connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT), or other telecommunications-based solutions, preferably within a device, chipset, module, or OEM environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of satellite communications, NTN and cellular connectivity markets, device ecosystems, and relevant industry standards, such as 3GPP NTN.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing strategic partnerships with device manufacturers, technology providers, or other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to develop account strategies, manage complex negotiations, and translate market opportunities into measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience in communications or telecommunications industries is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cellular IoT, cellular distribution, roaming, or Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) development is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where you are based at the time of hire and throughout your employment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a primarily office-based environment, using standard computer and communication equipment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
