This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Brazil.

Join a technology team focused on building reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports modern software delivery. In this senior-level role, you will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and streamline deployments across on-premises and hybrid environments. You will work extensively with cloud-native technologies, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools to improve operational efficiency and system resilience. By embedding security, monitoring, and observability into engineering workflows, you will help ensure dependable production environments. Collaboration with development and operations teams will be central to troubleshooting complex systems and continuously improving delivery practices. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys solving challenging infrastructure problems and advancing DevOps automation.

Accountabilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable build infrastructure to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments across on-premises environments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, and Python.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, ensuring scalability, security, observability, and operational reliability.
  • Implement and support GitOps workflows and DevSecOps practices, integrating security automation into development and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot distributed systems, resolve production issues, and optimize engineering workflows.
  • Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, monitoring practices, security controls, and technical documentation.
  • Proven experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles at a senior level.
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD platforms and implementing GitOps practices.
  • In-depth understanding of DevSecOps principles and security automation.
  • Strong Python programming skills for automation, pipeline orchestration, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Groovy, and Jenkins.
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Experience managing virtual machines, containers, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security policies, access management, monitoring, and observability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when working with distributed systems and production environments.
  • Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience with OLVM or VMware vSphere is preferred.
  • Remote work arrangement.

  • Exposure to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices in complex infrastructure environments.
