  • Create sales enablement programs and tools that support customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead the product’s digital presence and identify new channels, tactics, and strategies to strengthen brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Monitor brand performance, conduct market research and analysis, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a product champion, building internal and external enthusiasm and strengthening engagement across the aesthetics community.
  • Develop customer relationships and incorporate field intelligence and market insights into messaging, segmentation, and strategic operating plans.
  • Provide marketing thought leadership and remain current on medical aesthetics trends through field engagement, market research, advisory boards, industry congresses, and professional associations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 3–5 marketing professionals while managing external resources and partners.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and success in the medical aesthetic device industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Strong experience in brand marketing and product marketing, with the ability to translate strategy into effective commercialization programs.
  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies, including strong digital marketing knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, and other external resources.
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights into actionable decisions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and consistently deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Creative, proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach with a positive attitude and strong team orientation.
  • Independent learner with flexibility and adaptability in a changing market environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Base salary range of $150,000–$180,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package beginning on Day 1.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • RRSP matching contributions.
  • Leadership opportunity within a global medical aesthetics environment.
  • Opportunity to shape global downstream marketing strategy and commercialization initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
