  • Manage materials through promotional review and approval processes, including Veeva submissions, Commercial Review Team reviews, timelines, approvals, reapprovals, and expirations.
  • Coordinate operational requirements related to content development and deployment.
  • Manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee agencies and external vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Travel as needed to support Speaker Bureau training, steering committees, conferences, key opinion leader engagements, and other peer-to-peer initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen content capabilities, simplify processes, and improve execution while demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and a growth mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • 4–5 years of experience in brand management, with endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience considered a plus.
  • Expert-level understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including print and digital.
  • Strong scientific and medical aptitude, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
  • Experience developing or managing scientific or medical communications is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities proactively.

  • Strong attention to scientific accuracy, strategic alignment, compliance, and quality.
  • Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, continuous learning, and commitment to improving processes and outcomes.

  • Salary range of $154,980–$205,110, with the final offer determined based on factors such as geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
