The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Spain.

This is a senior end-to-end product role focused on shaping AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. You will own a key product area within a configurable digital health platform, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role sits at the intersection of product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral science, UX, and data, with a strong focus on creating measurable value for patients and healthcare professionals. You will translate complex clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical needs into clear product requirements and actionable priorities. Working across clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational teams, you will help ensure that AI is applied safely, transparently, and with appropriate human oversight. The environment is fast-paced, agile, international, and highly collaborative, while operating within the expectations of a regulated healthcare context. This is an opportunity to have significant influence on the evolution of digital health products that support more proactive, personalized, and coordinated care.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product area end to end, covering discovery, problem definition, solution design, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and continuous iteration.
  • Shape and evolve the product roadmap based on user needs, business priorities, evidence, technology opportunities, and regulatory considerations.
  • Continuously assess the digital health and technology landscape by benchmarking relevant solutions, monitoring emerging innovations, and identifying market trends and best practices.
  • Translate complex clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Validate user needs, pain points, adoption barriers, and opportunities across patient and healthcare professional experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, coherent, scalable, and evidence-informed.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and personalization to improve care journeys, engagement, decision-making, and behavioral outcomes.
  • Ensure responsible AI principles are incorporated into product decisions, including human oversight, patient safety, privacy, consent, transparency, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate product, clinical, behavioral, AI, technical, and operational risks and dependencies.
  • Use qualitative feedback, behavioral insights, product analytics, and performance data to measure outcomes and continuously improve the product experience.
  • Translate strategic priorities, user needs, evidence, and technical considerations into a clearly prioritized backlog.
  • Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements to support effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent product documentation throughout the software development lifecycle to support traceability, regulatory requirements, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Make high-impact product trade-offs while balancing user value, clinical needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, safety, and compliance.
  • 10+ years of professional Product Management experience, ideally with complex, scalable digital products or platforms.
  • Strong systems thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex clinical, behavioral, business, and technical challenges.
  • Strong UX and human-centered product mindset, particularly when designing experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience creating personalized or adaptive digital experiences, with an understanding of behavior change, motivation, engagement, adherence, and patient decision-making.
  • Practical experience designing or managing AI-powered user experiences, particularly where AI enhances personalization, context-aware interactions, engagement, decision-making, or behavior change.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, including user trust, appropriate human oversight, transparency, safety, and measurable value.
  • Strong analytical and data literacy, with the ability to interpret product and behavioral data, define meaningful success metrics, and make evidence-based product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, clinical, regulatory, operational, and business teams.
  • Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear product strategies, priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional, and regulated environments.
  • Fluent English.
  • Professional experience in healthcare or digital health, with a strong understanding of care pathways, patient journeys, and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Formal education or professional background in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in regulated healthcare environments such as MedTech, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), or comparable settings.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Remote working within a collaborative, international, cross-functional environment.
  • Significant ownership over an important digital health product area.
  • The opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, behavioral science, UX, and data.
  • The chance to contribute to products designed to improve patient and healthcare professional experiences.
  • Exposure to complex real-world healthcare challenges and regulated product development.
  • Close collaboration with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational specialists.
  • An agile environment that encourages evidence-based decision-making, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Competitive compensation based on location, experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and role scope.
  • Indicative Europe salary range of €55,000–€65,000 gross annually.
  • English-speaking international working environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the responsible adoption of AI and personalized digital health solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
