This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Development Rep- Hiring Multiple Headcount based in United States.
This is a high-impact sales development role focused on building qualified pipeline across high-potential enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting and create meaningful opportunities with technical and executive buyers. The role combines strategic account research, multi-channel engagement, discovery, qualification, and data-driven pipeline management. You will experiment with messaging, channels, and offers to identify repeatable plays that consistently improve sales development performance. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior SDRs and share frontline insights that influence Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The environment is fully remote, collaborative, autonomous, and highly focused on measurable results and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
- Design, execute, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences across email, phone, social, and video to consistently achieve or exceed monthly SQL targets.
- Conduct detailed account and stakeholder research to identify relevant business challenges and develop persona-specific value propositions for engineering, DevOps, and executive audiences.
- Lead concise, pain-focused discovery conversations that uncover business impact, qualify opportunities, and establish strong foundations for multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to create qualified pipeline within high-potential target accounts and support efficient progression into the sales process.
- Maintain strong territory and pipeline hygiene by monitoring Salesforce, LinkedIn, outreach platforms, and other sales tools while ensuring accurate and reliable data.
- Prioritize accounts and activities using intent signals, engagement data, account research, and pipeline analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing across messaging, channels, offers, and prospecting approaches, scaling successful strategies and documenting repeatable plays for the broader SDR organization.
- Mentor junior SDRs through enablement sessions, peer coaching, and deal-level guidance designed to improve individual and team performance.
- Share customer and prospect feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
- Establish self-directed performance goals, maintain strong accountability, and consistently pursue top-tier sales development results.
- 1–3+ years of high-impact outbound SDR or BDR experience, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS company, developer tools environment, observability organization, or a similar technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving SQL quotas across multiple quarters, with demonstrated success generating net-new business opportunities.
- Strong proficiency with modern sales technology, including Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- Experience using structured sales and qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to independently lead qualification and discovery conversations while identifying business pain, urgency, stakeholders, and potential value.
- Data-driven approach with strong understanding of pipeline analytics, territory prioritization, activity measurement, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to coach peers, share best practices, and contribute to improved team performance.
- Strong research, written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Resilient, curious, adaptable, and comfortable experimenting with new approaches in a rapidly evolving sales environment.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
- Collaborative and inclusive communication style, with a willingness to share feedback and learn from others.
- Ability to consistently hold yourself accountable to ambitious performance standards and measurable outcomes.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not currently supported.
- On-target earnings (base + commission): $110,000 USD.
- Base salary: $70,000 USD.
