As Government-designated Key Personnel, you will be expected to demonstrate technical and OCONUS readiness from the start of the assignment.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze operational and mission requirements and translate them into detailed technical requirements, implementation plans, and verification criteria.
  • Engineer and integrate military health IT capabilities across enterprise network nodes, ensuring systems meet operational and technical objectives.
  • Assess system dependencies, interoperability, capacity, performance, and overall operational readiness.
  • Support OCONUS theater mobilization, site readiness, technical deployment, and related operational activities.
  • Resolve complex systems engineering and integration issues while maintaining requirements traceability and accurate engineering documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with engineering, operational, cybersecurity, and other mission stakeholders to support successful system implementation.
  • Manage personnel deployment activities and support the administrative requirements associated with overseas assignments.
  • Navigate the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) and coordinate host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain the technical and operational readiness required for a Government-designated Key Personnel position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience aligned with Microsoft engineering/architecture and cybersecurity or information assurance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience supporting military health IT systems and enterprise network nodes.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting OCONUS theater mobilization, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
  • Experience developing technical requirements, implementation plans, verification criteria, and maintaining requirements traceability.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex technical activities across engineering and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience managing personnel deployments and working with SPOT, host-nation theater clearance, and DOCPER processes across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.
  • Active Secret security clearance and a valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance.
  • Assigned DCWF role aligned with 641, Systems Requirements Planner, Intermediate.
  • Microsoft Engineer/Architect certification plus one of the following or an equivalent credential: CCSP, CFR, FITSP-M, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Ability to satisfy applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualification requirements before independently performing duties involving privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and perform effectively in mission-critical and geographically dispersed environments.
  • Compensation range of $93,000–$132,000.
  • Remote position within the United States.
  • Opportunity to support mission-critical military health IT and enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to complex systems engineering, integration, and global OCONUS operations.
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact government and defense missions.
  • Key Personnel designation with significant technical and operational responsibility.
  • Work involving multidisciplinary engineering, operational, and cybersecurity stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
