This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Territory Manager based in United States.
This is a high-impact, territory-focused sales role responsible for driving revenue across Oregon and Washington. You will develop channel strategies and grow business through distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. The role combines enterprise sales, cybersecurity expertise, partner management, and strategic account development. You will build joint business plans, manage sales pipelines, and consistently work toward ambitious revenue and quota targets. As a trusted advisor, you will help partners and customers understand complex security solutions and their business value. The position offers a remote, field-based environment with significant autonomy and regular travel across the Pacific Northwest. Success requires strong commercial judgment, deep channel relationships, and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies that generate revenue growth through distributors, resellers, and strategic partners across the assigned territory.
- Build compelling proposals, quotes, presentations, and business cases that clearly communicate security solutions, value propositions, and commercial benefits.
- Align solution positioning with partner objectives to increase engagement, sales activity, customer adoption, and business growth.
- Create and execute joint business plans with channel partners, establishing strategies and measurable actions to achieve revenue and quota targets.
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts while developing a healthy, predictable partner-led sales pipeline.
- Consistently pursue new opportunities, promotions, incentives, and creative sales initiatives designed to increase territory performance.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, enterprise customers, and other strategic accounts within the territory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on cybersecurity products, solutions, services, and relevant market developments.
- Lead strategic partner engagements, including annual business planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, executive discussions, and other relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, technical, and leadership teams to support partner success, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.
- Established relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, distributors, and resellers within Oregon and Washington or the broader Pacific Northwest market.
- Proven experience in enterprise channel sales, preferably within cybersecurity, network security, networking, secure networking, cloud security, or related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the network security market, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, partner ecosystems, and channel go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management, long-term relationship development, partner-led revenue growth, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of solution-selling methodologies and the ability to communicate advanced cybersecurity concepts effectively to technical and business audiences.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, pipeline discipline, forecasting capabilities, and familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and remain highly productive in a remote, field-based sales environment while collaborating effectively with distributed internal teams.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented, with strong business judgment, initiative, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to regularly travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers and channel partners.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant channel sales, cybersecurity, or networking experience; or a master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience; or a PhD with at least 1 year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- A valid passport is required, and candidates must currently reside in Oregon or Washington for this territory-focused position.
- Remote, field-based sales environment covering Oregon and Washington.
