  • Customer Support: Provide responsive technical and operational support to customers, addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Readiness: Maintain simulator areas through appropriate housekeeping activities and ensure equipment and workspaces remain clean and ready for use.
  • Training & Development: Complete assigned technical training and development activities while progressively building knowledge across simulator systems and technical operations.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Technical Services team and perform additional technical duties as required.
  • Education & Experience: Associate degree or other two-year technical degree in a relevant technical discipline, or four years of experience in electronics, avionics, or a related technical field; 0–2 years of relevant technical experience is required.
  • Technical Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system prints, schematics, and related documentation.
  • Electronic Testing: Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
  • Electronics Knowledge: Working knowledge of analog and digital electronic theory, along with practical understanding of electronic systems.
  • Computer Skills: Computer literacy, including familiarity with PC hardware, software, computer system architecture, and Microsoft Office applications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
