  • Review security documentation, procedures, and control evidence to maintain audit readiness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve control design, documentation quality, audit efficiency, security monitoring, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Share security knowledge with team members, support professional development, and contribute to the refinement of security standards, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Management, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of experience in IT security, security operations, IT audit, and/or financial systems compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing security initiatives and supporting regulatory assessments.
  • Knowledge of security and regulatory standards, best practices, and control requirements applicable to financial systems.
  • Familiarity with financial applications, security monitoring tools, and related technology environments.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess complex security issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and internal and external audit representatives.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
