  • Monitor partnership performance and use data to refine outreach, engagement, and growth strategies.
  • Represent the organization at relevant meetings, networking opportunities, conferences, and industry events.
  • Travel as needed to develop new relationships, meet prospective partners, and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, development, or a related field with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable KPIs.
  • Experience working with military audiences, such as veterans, former service members, military associations, veteran service organizations, or military spouse and family networks, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success developing strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and aligning partner motivations with organizational objectives.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with an analytical and revenue-oriented approach to partnership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with a broad range of stakeholders, from small business owners to senior executives at national organizations.
  • Persistent and proactive approach to business development, with the ability to advance conversations while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments where new approaches may need to be tested and refined.
  • Strong ability to translate data and market insights into actionable partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while independently owning strategic initiatives and growth targets.
  • Willingness and availability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events.
  • Comfortable working effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in the Continental United States.
  • Total on-target earnings of approximately $140,000–$155,000, including: Base salary of $100,000–$115,000 annually. Bonus potential of up to $40,000. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
