This is a fully remote opportunity offering high-impact work within a collaborative, mission-driven, and growth-oriented environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze historical and forward-looking financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Commercial Assessment: Evaluate tactical and strategic sales, marketing, and pricing opportunities while developing a detailed understanding of customer business models, financial performance, and competitive market dynamics.
  • Business Cases & Modeling: Develop financial models and business cases that support investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • M&A Support: Contribute to special business projects and initiatives, which may include mergers and acquisitions modeling, due diligence, and integration activities.
  • Strategic Execution: Help translate organizational strategies into operational objectives and financial plans, supporting effective management of resources and performance.
  • Team Leadership: Where applicable, lead and develop FP&A professionals, coach team members on performance, contribute to performance evaluations, and provide input into compensation decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cooperative efforts across project teams and interact with managers, customers, supervisors, and functional leaders on matters involving multiple business areas.
  • Decision Support: Apply financial expertise and business judgment to complex situations, evaluating relevant factors and developing practical recommendations where clear precedent may not exist.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, FP&A, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Financial Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and business data, identify relevant factors, evaluate complex situations, and develop sound recommendations.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business models, commercial drivers, financial performance, customer dynamics, and competitive considerations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Comfortable supporting strategic and operational objectives and translating financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Strong judgment and analytical capability, particularly when addressing complex problems without clear precedent.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to lead cooperative efforts across functions, business units, and project teams.
  • Leadership: Experience coaching or developing colleagues and contributing to team performance is valuable, particularly for candidates who will lead FP&A professionals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, manage competing priorities, and support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Salary: Estimated base salary range of $114,000–$170,000 USD, with individual compensation determined by geographic location, qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Healthcare: Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Insurance: Life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance.
  • Health Accounts: Access to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

  • Paid Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO), 11 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays.
  • Family Leave: Up to 14 weeks of primary caregiver leave or 2 weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.
  • Mission-Driven Environment: Opportunity to contribute financial expertise within a purpose-led organization focused on improving health and quality of life.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
