This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Partnerships Senior Account Coordinator based in Canada.

This role is responsible for building and strengthening a high-quality talent ecosystem that supports impactful influencer marketing campaigns. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across creator sourcing, negotiations, relationship management, and campaign delivery. Working closely with Strategy, Client Services, Research, Product, and Creator teams, you will help make talent a central driver of campaign performance. You will identify emerging creators, secure high-value partnerships, and develop relationships with creators, agents, and managers across key platforms and categories. The role also offers the opportunity to shape sourcing processes, improve operational efficiency, and stay ahead of cultural, platform, pricing, and regulatory trends. Your expertise will influence client recommendations, campaign outcomes, talent access, and long-term commercial relationships. This is a fast-paced, collaborative opportunity for someone who combines strong industry relationships with operational excellence, commercial judgment, and a passion for creator culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and continuously refine a strategic point of view on creator talent across categories, platforms, cultural trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify high-impact and emerging creators aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, audience needs, and campaign requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure creator talent across different tiers and partnership models while balancing quality, speed, strategic fit, brand safety, and compliance.
  • Serve as a creator procurement expert within account teams, developing a strong understanding of client brand archetypes, ideal talent profiles, and vetting requirements.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with creators, agents, managers, and other talent representatives to unlock priority access and high-value partnerships.
  • Lead contracting and partnership negotiations while ensuring talent selections and agreements meet client strategy, brand safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with Strategy, Client Services, Research, Product, Creator, and other cross-functional teams to embed creator and culture expertise throughout campaign planning and execution.
  • Contribute informed talent recommendations to client conversations and serve as a trusted internal and external advisor on creator partnerships.
  • Organize recurring touchpoints with talent representatives to strengthen relationships and provide access to major talent opportunities, milestones, and emerging trends.
  • Improve workflows, systems, and processes to make talent sourcing and trend identification more scalable, efficient, and effective.
  • Stay current on social platform developments, monetization models, creator economics, cultural trends, FTC requirements, and platform-specific compliance standards.
  • Identify and test new systems, AI-enabled workflows, processes, and partnership models that can improve operational efficiency and campaign outcomes.
  • Champion operational excellence and maintain a high standard of performance across talent partnership activities.
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of supporting or scaling impactful creator programs; agency experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across different talent tiers, platforms, and partnership models.
  • Experience casting or managing talent for brands operating in highly regulated industries.
  • A strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across relevant verticals and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, cultural trends, and the evolving influencer marketing landscape.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with experience developing scalable systems and processes that improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Experience using AI and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency is preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and secure competitive agreements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across client, strategy, research, product, and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and relevant compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, campaign analytics tools, and related technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and confidence representing an organization externally.
  • Ability to balance campaign execution, relationship management, strategic recommendations, and the development of scalable operational workflows.
  • A collaborative, resilient, accountable, and emotionally intelligent approach to working with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Salary range of $70,000–$78,000 OTE.
  • Eligibility for various benefits plans for permanent team members.
  • Flexible and remote-friendly work environment, with fully remote opportunities available for select positions.
  • Offices available in Boston, Massachusetts; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Vancouver, Washington.
  • Market-based and data-driven compensation approach, with salaries benchmarked according to role, level, geographic location, and scope.
  • Compensation reviews conducted twice per year, taking performance and market factors into consideration.
  • Inclusive and equitable workplace culture focused on diversity, accessibility, and culture add.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
