The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Content Writer based in United States.

As a Technical Content Writer, you will transform complex software engineering concepts into clear, engaging content that builds credibility with technical decision-makers. You will create content covering AI application development, cloud technologies, web and mobile solutions, and engineering team scaling. Working closely with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams, you will turn technical expertise and client success stories into compelling narratives. Your work will support brand positioning, search engine visibility, and lead generation across the customer journey. You will also explore emerging technologies and industry trends to produce insightful, forward-looking thought leadership. This remote opportunity is ideal for a strong storyteller who combines technical curiosity with research skills and a passion for communicating the value of modern software solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Create technical content: Write blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, technical guides, website pages, landing page copy, product release notes, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Collaborate with technical teams: Work with engineers, AI specialists, project managers, and leadership to translate complex solutions, technical processes, and client achievements into accessible, compelling stories.
  • Understand services and audiences: Develop a strong understanding of software development services, delivery models, and target audiences to ensure content addresses the needs of technical decision-makers.
  • Support SEO and lead generation: Produce content aligned with search engine optimization strategies, brand positioning, and lead-generation goals throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Showcase engineering expertise: Create narratives that demonstrate technical capabilities, development processes, project outcomes, and measurable client impact.
  • Research emerging technologies: Monitor developments in large language models (LLMs), generative AI, AI agents, MLOps, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI evaluation, software architecture, cloud computing, and DevOps.
  • Explain complex concepts clearly: Adapt technical information for different audiences, including CTOs, engineering leaders, founders, and business executives, without compromising accuracy.
  • Manage editorial delivery: Maintain the editorial calendar for assigned content streams and deliver high-quality work consistently within agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Help define and refine the brand voice, tone, and content standards as the content function evolves.
  • Continuously improve content: Incorporate research, audience insights, and performance data to strengthen content quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical content writer or copywriter in a software development company, AI/ML firm, SaaS business, or IT services environment.
  • Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts quickly and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience creating long-form technical content, educational articles, or thought-leadership pieces.
  • Excellent writing, research, editing, and storytelling skills, with strong grammar and attention to clarity and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern technology stacks.
  • Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including LLMs, generative AI, model training, and data pipelines.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create content that attracts relevant audiences and supports conversion goals.
  • A portfolio of published work covering technology, software, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Experience creating content for B2B technology buyers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, product leaders, and founders.
  • Confidence interviewing engineers and translating their insights into accessible, business-oriented narratives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases, or basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as DevOps, microservices, and data engineering.
  • Experience with content strategy, analytics, or developer-focused content initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience producing developer documentation, community content, or GitHub README files.
  • Competitive fixed salary based on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • Annual performance appraisal cycle.
  • Provident Fund (PF) and other applicable statutory benefits.
  • Paid time off.
  • Paid sick leave and casual leave.
  • Public holidays.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Remote working arrangement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
