You will lead and develop a high-performing finance team while building scalable processes, systems, and reporting frameworks. Your expertise will also support fundraising activities, potential mergers and acquisitions, and the evaluation of new growth opportunities. This remote leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial finance executive who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by making a meaningful business impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Team and organizational leadership
  • Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing finance team, including finance and business operations analytics professionals.
  • Establish effective operating policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives that support corporate objectives and business performance.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to strengthen financial understanding, improve budget adherence, and clarify the financial drivers behind operational decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and data-driven culture that supports informed decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Financial planning and modeling
  • Lead the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee corporate and strategic finance activities, ensuring financial plans remain aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's integrated three-statement financial model to evaluate revenue growth, cost structures, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide clear insight into financial results, operating efficiency, and overall business health.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly budget variance analyses at the company and departmental levels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to support the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate, and consistent financial reporting.
  • Executive and Board partnership
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, senior management, and Board of Directors.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of business activities and strategic decisions, providing recommendations to strengthen profitability and long-term performance.
  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and business trends through clear reporting and actionable analysis.
  • Prepare and present management reporting packages, Board materials, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and finance review presentations.
  • Contribute to company-wide growth strategies, operational priorities, and medium- and long-term business planning.
  • Strategic initiatives and business growth

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
