The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of End User Sales based in the United States.

The VP of End User Sales will drive channel revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with buyers of GPU, high-performance computing (HPC), and AI infrastructure hardware. This role focuses on an underserved market of GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) providers, HPC hosting operators, compute resellers, and infrastructure businesses seeking flexible, reliable hardware supply. The successful candidate will build a repeatable sales pipeline and establish long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue rather than one-time transactions. Combining deep hardware expertise with strong commercial instincts, they will manage the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and technical scoping to pricing, negotiation, and closing. They will also collaborate with sourcing teams and broker networks to meet customer demand and maintain competitive offerings in a fast-moving secondary market. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build a channel business, influence supply strategy, and expand access to critical computing infrastructure.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and grow channel sales: Identify, engage, and convert broker/dealer channel buyers into long-term customers with consistent monthly or quarterly hardware purchasing needs.
  • Own the complete sales cycle: Lead customer discovery, technical requirements gathering, quoting, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring a smooth and responsive buying experience.
  • Structure competitive commercial agreements: Develop deals tailored to channel market dynamics, including rapid fulfillment, flexible terms, volume-based pricing, trade-ins, equipment swaps, and standing supply agreements.
  • Build strategic platform partnerships: Establish and expand supply relationships with GPUaaS providers, HPC hosting companies, compute-as-a-service platforms, and other organizations with recurring GPU server requirements.
  • Monitor secondary market conditions: Track GPU hardware pricing, BrokerBin activity, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) overstock, lease-return volumes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
  • Support inventory and sourcing decisions: Coordinate with internal teams and broker networks when customer demand exceeds available inventory, helping identify suitable hardware sources and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Build a recurring-revenue portfolio: Develop and manage a personal book of business, with performance measured by channel-generated revenue and the ability to establish sustainable, repeat-order relationships.
  • Drive market development: Build a channel sales operation from the ground up, leveraging industry relationships, market knowledge, and proactive business development to expand the customer base.
  • Relevant professional experience: At least 7 years of experience in hardware sales, broker/dealer channels, or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), including at least 3 years focused on GPU, HPC, AI infrastructure, or data center equipment within secondary-market or channel-sales environments.
  • Proven channel sales performance: Demonstrated success generating recurring revenue through broker/dealer relationships or channel partnerships, with a track record of developing repeat business rather than relying exclusively on one-time transactions.
  • Established industry network: Existing relationships with channel buyers, including GPUaaS providers, HPC hosting operators, compute resellers, and mining or infrastructure businesses purchasing hardware at scale.
  • GPU and server hardware expertise: Strong knowledge of NVIDIA GPU generations, server platforms, networking technologies, and data center infrastructure, with the ability to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate configurations.
  • Secondary-market pricing expertise: Ability to evaluate rapidly changing hardware prices, assess market conditions, and structure competitive deals while balancing customer needs and commercial objectives.
  • Business development capabilities: Experience identifying new opportunities, building a sales pipeline, negotiating complex transactions, and developing durable customer partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to build a channel business from the ground up, create momentum in an evolving market, and take ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Relationship-building and negotiation skills: Strong communication, commercial judgment, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage buyers, broker partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and execution: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving technology hardware market where inventory availability, pricing, and customer demand can change quickly.
  • United States-based opportunity: The role is listed for candidates based in the United States.
  • Commercial ownership: Opportunity to build and grow a channel sales portfolio, develop strategic customer relationships, and contribute directly to recurring revenue growth.
  • Technology-focused market: Exposure to the evolving GPU, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing hardware ecosystem.
  • Compensation: Salary, incentive structure, healthcare coverage, and other benefits were not specified in the provided job description.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
