Bei JobRad® Loop verwaltest du nicht einfach bestehende Infrastruktur, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir Software entwickeln, ausliefern und betreiben. Als Senior DevOps Engineer übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere Cloud-, Infrastruktur- und Plattformlandschaft, automatisierst Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme stabil, sicher und skalierbar bleiben. Dabei setzt du technische Standards und bringst deine Erfahrung direkt in Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen ein. Du arbeitest eng mit Software Engineering, Product Management sowie weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen und hilfst uns dabei, Development und Operations immer stärker miteinander zu verzahnen. Du bringst die Ideen, wir geben dir den Raum, sie umzusetzen. Let's ride together!

Was du brauchst, um erfolgreich zu sein

  • DevOps-Erfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Plattformbetrieb, Infrastrukturautomatisierung oder Softwareentwicklung mit Operations-Schwerpunkt mit
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Automatisierung, Infrastructure as Code und reproduzierbare Infrastruktur gehören für dich zum Handwerkszeug
  • CI/CD: Du kennst moderne Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse und weißt, wie man sie zuverlässig, sicher und effizient gestaltet
  • Cloud & Plattformen: Du kennst dich mit Cloud-Plattformen, Systemarchitekturen, Containerisierung und dem Betrieb verteilter Systeme aus
  • Observability & Security: Monitoring, Logging, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Security denkst du von Anfang an mit
  • Ownership: Du arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und bist bereit, Verantwortung für kritische Systeme und technische Entscheidungen zu übernehmen
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe, arbeitest gerne mit anderen Engineering-Disziplinen zusammen und teilst dein Wissen aktiv mit Kolleg:innen

  • Plattform gestalten: Du konzipierst, implementierst und entwickelst unsere Infrastruktur-, Plattform- und Automatisierungslösungen weiter, vom Provisioning über Konfigurationsmanagement bis zum Betrieb
  • Deployments besser machen: Du entwickelst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines weiter und sorgst für schnelle, sichere und reproduzierbare Deployment-Prozesse

  • Stabilität sicherstellen: Mit Monitoring, Incident Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung sorgst du für Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit unserer produktiven Systeme
  • Automatisieren statt wiederholen: Du identifizierst manuelle Prozesse, technische Schulden, operative Risiken und reduzierst sie nachhaltig durch Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierung
  • Engineering besser machen: Gemeinsam mit Software Engineering, Product Owner:innen und QA verbesserst du Entwicklerproduktivität als auch Betriebsstabilität und unterstützt Kolleg:innen mit deiner Erfahrung in DevOps, Cloud sowie Platform Engineering
  • Standards setzen: Du bringst Best Practices für Infrastruktur, Automatisierung, Observability und Security ein und entwickelst unsere technischen Standards sowie Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter
