الهدف من الوظيفة

  • الإشراف على فرق المبيعات في صالات العرض ونقاط البيع، ومتابعة أداء المبيعات بشكل مستمر لضمان تحقيق الأهداف البيعية وتعزيز تجربة العملاء، بما يتماشى مع سياسات الشركة واستراتيجياتها.المسؤوليات الرئيسية
  • متابعة مؤشرات وأداء المبيعات بشكل يومي ولحظي، وتحفيز فريق المبيعات للعمل بروح الفريق الواحد
  • التنسيق والتواصل المستمر مع مدراء صالات العرض لضمان تنفيذ الخطط البيعية بكفاءة
  • الإشراف على جميع أنشطة المبيعات داخل صالات العرض ومتابعة التزام الفرق بالإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة
  • إعداد وتحديث تقارير الأداء الخاصة بصالات العرض، ورفعها بشكل شهري إلى المدير المباشر
  • ابتكار أفكار ومبادرات جديدة لدعم مندوبي المبيعات وتطوير أساليب البيع وتحسين النتائج بشكل مستمر
  • تسجيل بيانات العملاء والزبائن والاحتفاظ بها وتنظيمها في ملفات وأنظمة مخصصة
  • ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة الإدارة وإعداد التقارير والتخطيط لعمل صالات العرض ونقاط البيع بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة
  • متابعة تنفيذ العروض الترويجية والتأكد من تطبيقها بالشكل الصحيح داخل نقاط البي

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات
  • القدرة على قيادة فريق المبيعات والتنسيق معه بفعالية
  • مهارات تواصل قوية
  • مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسوب
  • مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية، ومهارات المبيعات، والعرض والتقديم، والتفاوض
