Primary Function

Reels Creator has to understand short-form content, stay ahead of social media trends, and have hands-on experience in influencer marketing. will be also responsible for creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot and publish high-quality vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.
  • Create daily Instagram Stories and behind-the-scenes content to keep our audience engaged.
  • Develop content ideas based on trends, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying creators, negotiating collaborations, and tracking performance.
  • Coordinate with influencers to ensure content aligns with the brand's identity and campaign objectives.
  • Capture product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content in-store and during events.
  • Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and brand management to execute content calendars and campaign launches.
  • Analyse content performance and continuously optimize creative strategies based on insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Reels creation or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and emerging social media trends.
  • Excellent mobile videography and photography skills.
  • Familiarity with editing apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create engaging content while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in fragrance, fashion, jewellery, luxury, or e-commerce brands is a strong advantage.
