Mission : \- Effectuer le réglage d'une ou plusieurs machines (CNC Haas ou Mazak, ou machines de transfert) \- Suivre la production (lancement, suivi, alimentation) \- Gérer la maintenance de premier niveau, intervenir en cas de panne simple \- Charger et décharger les machines \- Proposer des solutions d'amélioration des performances Qualité, Coûts, Délais \- Corriger toute dérive du processus de fabrication \- Réaliser le contrôle des pièces selon les instructions \- Nettoyer et entretenir les machines \- Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'outillage du début à la fin de la série \- Respecter, connaître et appliquer les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité \- Appliquer la charte de sécurité \- Participer à l'amélioration continue \- Collaborer avec les opérateurs \- Communiquer toute problématique à son/sa supérieur(e)

Votre profil : \- Aptitude à répondre aux objectifs de production \- Capacité à effectuer de l'auto\-contrôle à l'aide des outils usuels \- Sens de l'organisation \- Être ouvert à des horaires en 2x8 \- CFC dans un métier de la mécanique ou formation équivalente \- Expérience dans les réglages de machines CNC ou de transfert \- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des appareils de contrôle \- Lecture de dessins techniques conventionnels \- Connaissances informatiques de base (saisie de données)
