Vos tâches

  • Responsabilité globale de la direction professionnelle, organisationnelle et du personnel de la neuro-réhabilitation
  • Développement continu de la Clinique Lengg en collaboration avec l-épileptologie dans le sens d-un centre de compétence en neurologie avec une offre médico-thérapeutique de haute qualité
  • Promotion et développement de l-équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Création d-une culture de collaboration ouverte et orientée vers le travail en équipe
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire avec d-autres domaines spécialisés et prestataires ainsi que gestion active des référents et coopération étroite avec les médecins référents et/ou institutions.
  • Participation active à la conception et à la mise en œuvre des objectifs stratégiques en tant que membre de la direction de la Clinique Lengg.

Votre profil

  • Personnalité dirigeante entrepreneuriale et innovante avec plaisir à la collaboration interprofessionnelle et interdisciplinaire
  • Titre de spécialiste en neurologie (FMH) ou titre équivalent
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que médecin cadre en neuro-réhabilitation et/ou neurologie hospitalière, y compris le traitement de pathologies neurologiques complexes
  • Expertise clinique avérée dans les domaines des troubles du mouvement (notamment maladie de Parkinson et tremblements) ainsi que dans le traitement des AVC (phase aiguë et réhabilitation)
  • Intérêt scientifique, publications dans des revues à comité de lecture pertinentes. Idéalement habilité ou proche de l-habilitation avec intérêt pour la poursuite de l-activité scientifique.
  • Esprit connecté, orienté solutions et pensée et action économique
