Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Führung der Neurorehabilitation
  • Weiterentwicklung der Klinik Lengg in Zusammenarbeit mit der Epileptologie im Sinne eines Kompetenzzentrums für Neurologie mit einem qualitativ hochstehenden medizinisch-therapeutischen Angebot
  • Förderung und Entwicklung des interdisziplinären Teams
  • Schaffung einer offenen, teamorientierten Kultur der Zusammenarbeit
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und Leistungserbringern sowie aktives Zuweisermanagement und enge Kooperation mit zuweisenden Ärztinnen und Ärzten bzw. Institutionen.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Klinik Lengg.

Ihr Profil

  • Unternehmerische, innovative Führungspersönlichkeit mit Freude an der interprofessionellen und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Facharzttitel Neurologie (FMH) oder gleichwertiger Titel
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kaderärztin oder Kaderarzt in der Neurorehabilitation und/oder stationären Neurologie, inklusive Behandlung komplexer neurologischer Krankheitsbilder
  • Ausgewiesene klinische Expertise in den Schwerpunkten Bewegungsstörungen (insbesondere Morbus Parkinson und Tremor) sowie in der Hirnschlagbehandlung (Akutphase und Rehabilitation)
  • Wissenschaftliches Interesse, Publikationen in relevanten peer-reviewed journals. Idealerweise habilitiert oder kurz vor Habilitationsreife mit Interesse der Weiterführung der wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit.
  • Vernetztes, lösungsorientiertes und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
