Pour une organisation établie dans le secteur de la santé en Suisse, nous recherchons une personne expérimentée en tant que Contrôleuse / Contrôleur 80-100%. L'organisation s'engage pour les soins de santé et collabore étroitement avec des partenaires régionaux. Vous rejoindrez une petite équipe finance et contrôle de gestion avec des tâches variées et des processus décisionnels courts. La mission temporaire est prévue comme une transition et doit être pourvue immédiatement (ou selon accord). Le projet est planifié pour une durée d'environ quatre à six mois. Le lieu de travail est situé au centre de la région de Berne et est surtout bien desservi par les transports publics.

Vos tâches sur le lieu de mission :

  • Vous établissez le calcul des coûts et des performances et êtes responsable d-un reporting pertinent
  • Vous analysez des données financières et de performance étendues et préparez les résultats comme base de décision pour différents groupes d-intérêt
  • Vous vérifiez les logiques existantes de calcul et de répartition des coûts et les développez de manière ciblée
  • Vous optimisez les outils de contrôle de gestion et de BI existants et traduisez les exigences métier en indicateurs et analyses compréhensibles
  • En tant que personne de contact, vous conseillez les responsables financiers (décentralisés) sur les questions relatives à l-enregistrement des prestations, à la comptabilité financière et au calcul des coûts

Vous offrez à l-entreprise :

  • Une formation en économie d-entreprise avec spécialisation en finance ou contrôle de gestion ainsi qu-une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en contrôle de gestion
  • Des connaissances approfondies en calcul des coûts et des performances ainsi qu-une expérience avec des analyses de données complexes
  • De très bonnes compétences en Excel et une forte affinité informatique sont importantes, une expérience avec des applications BI est bienvenue
  • Une maîtrise parfaite de l-allemand est indispensable, des connaissances orales en français sont un atout
  • Avec votre manière de travailler autonome et structurée ainsi que votre communication engageante, vous vous adaptez également bien aux structures décentralisées
