VOS TÂCHES

  • Vous assumez une co-responsabilité dans les soins professionnels et l-accompagnement des patientes et patients conformément au concept de soins
  • Vos tâches incluent également la participation aux mesures préventives, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques
  • Vous êtes impliqué dans la prise de décision clinique et les mesures à initier, et assumez une grande autonomie tout au long du processus de soins
  • Vous êtes également co-responsable de l-accompagnement des apprentis au quotidien

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation de spécialiste en santé avec certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC), idéalement avec expérience professionnelle en milieu hospitalier aigu
  • Esprit d-équipe et capacité à encadrer des collaborateurs
  • Attitude positive, courtoise et communicative
  • Grande compétence sociale ainsi qu-une forte empathie
  • Grande flexibilité, résistance au stress et sens aigu de l-organisation
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit (certificat B2 minimum)
