Avec plus de 600 collaborateurs, le Centre Patronal est une entreprise de services au service des entreprises et du secteur privé. Il offre notamment des prestations dans les domaines des assurances sociales, de la prévoyance professionnelle, du conseil juridique et économique ainsi que de la formation et du perfectionnement.

Dans le cadre de notre développement en Suisse alémanique, nous renforçons notre présence IT sur les sites de Berne et Zurich. En tant que membre de notre équipe IT Operations basée à Paudex, vous êtes l-interlocuteur central pour environ 100 collaborateurs. Par votre présence régulière sur les deux sites, vous les soutenez dans leur quotidien professionnel et assurez de manière autonome un support IT pratique sur place, en tant que Coordinateur IT & Responsable Technique (h/f).

Vos tâches

  • Premier interlocuteur pour les demandes IT des collaborateurs sur les sites de Berne et Zurich ; assurer le support technique ainsi que la coordination des demandes nécessitant l-intervention de l-équipe IT au siège de Paudex
  • Responsabilité de la gestion et du bon fonctionnement de l-infrastructure IT, des composants réseau ainsi que des connexions WLAN
  • Gestion des domaines externes et soutien ponctuel des clients sur des sujets informatiques
  • Soutien technique lors de la réalisation de webinaires ainsi que dans l-utilisation du studio d-enregistrement
  • Accompagnement des nouveaux collaborateurs durant leur intégration IT, de la mise à disposition des outils de travail à la sensibilisation à la cybersécurité
  • Maintenance et mise à jour de la documentation technique ainsi que création de guides utilisateurs en langue allemande
  • Participation aux déploiements matériels et logiciels ainsi qu-à la maintenance planifiée de l-infrastructure IT
  • Interlocuteur pour les départements en ce qui concerne leurs applications ; recueil et analyse des besoins d-évolution, soutien des utilisateurs dans l-utilisation des applications et coordination avec les équipes de Paudex pour un traitement optimal

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée d-informaticien/ne CFC, diplôme d-école supérieure spécialisée (ES), Bachelor HES en informatique ou formation équivalente
  • Au moins 5 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans le domaine IT ou dans une fonction comparable, avec une capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome et responsable sur site, idéalement dans un environnement multilingue
  • Expérience dans un environnement IT diversifié (PME, site décentralisé ou succursale autonome) ainsi que participation à des projets de migration, fusion ou intégration IT sont un avantage
  • Excellente maîtrise de l-allemand (C1-C2) ainsi que très bonnes connaissances de l-anglais ou du français (B2-C1). La connaissance du français est un atout supplémentaire
  • Connaissances approfondies de Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune ainsi que des infrastructures réseau
  • Grande conscience des questions de cybersécurité ; expérience dans le domaine des webinaires ou dans un studio d-enregistrement est un avantage
  • Personnalité structurée, autonome et flexible.
