We are an innovative, owner-managed competence centre and educational institute for professional application processes, especially in the areas of coaching and adult education with individualised learning settings for various target groups. Founded in Zurich in 2008, we are today an SME with around 100 employees in Zurich, Bern, Baden, St. Gallen and Heerbrugg. Your tasks:

  • Accompany and support job-seeking professionals with diverse professional and personal backgrounds in the context of this labour market measure (AMM) in their job search through individual coaching as well as in a differentiated group context
  • Identify individual needs through coaching conversations and define individualised strategies and support their implementation
  • Provide concrete support in further developing application strategies, application documents and personal presentation
  • Ensure optimal communication including documentation with RAV personnel consultants
  • Regular participation in case discussions, debriefings and internal training

Your profile:

  • Solid theoretical and practical professional experience in adult education (at least SVEB 1 is a must)
  • Completed vocational training or tertiary education
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a qualified professional environment (HR / recruitment / AMM)
  • Training and experience as a coach
  • Broad labour market knowledge, current application know-how, good ICT skills and general knowledge
  • Able to take on various roles depending on context - from adult educator, process facilitator, trainer, expert to moderator and supervisor - and thus stimulate and make visible the individual learning progress of course participants
