Description du poste

Vous prenez en charge des missions de remplacement et d'urgence dans différentes institutions de soins de la région de Berne et Soleure.

  • Vous soutenez et prenez soin des résidents ou des patients en fonction de votre formation et de votre expérience.
  • Vous travaillez en collaboration avec l'équipe soignante respective et consignez les observations et informations importantes.
  • En tant que surveillant, vous êtes présent pour la personne assignée, apportez sécurité et informez le personnel soignant en cas de changements.

Profil recherché

  • Une formation d'aide-soignant SRK, FaGe EFZ ou infirmier diplômé HF/FH - ou une reconnaissance équivalente en Suisse.
  • Pour les surveillants, aucune formation en soins n'est requise. Vous êtes attentif, fiable et responsable.
  • Vous traitez les personnes avec respect et empathie.
  • Vous êtes flexible et ouvert aux missions dans différents établissements et domaines de soins.
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand ainsi qu'une méthode de travail fiable.
