Du übernimmst Springer- und Notfalleinsätze in verschiedenen Pflegeinstitutionen in der Region Bern und Solothurn.

  • Du unterstützt und betreust die Bewohner/innen oder Patient/innen entsprechend deiner Ausbildung und Erfahrung.
  • Du arbeitest mit dem jeweiligen Pflegeteam zusammen und hältst wichtige Beobachtungen und Informationen fest.
  • Bei Sitzwachen bist du für die zugewiesene Person da, vermittelst Sicherheit und informierst das Pflegepersonal bei Veränderungen.
  • Eine Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in SRK, FaGe EFZ oder dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH - oder eine entsprechende Anerkennung in der Schweiz.
  • Für Sitzwachen ist keine Pflegeausbildung erforderlich. Du bist aufmerksam, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Du gehst respektvoll und einfühlsam mit Menschen um.
  • Du bist flexibel und offen für Einsätze in unterschiedlichen Einrichtungen und Pflegebereichen.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
