  • Développer l'offre de logement en fonction des besoins des résidents.

La Fondation BSZ intègre des apprenants et des adultes ayant besoin de soutien dans l'économie et la société. Elle propose des places de travail et de formation dans divers domaines professionnels ainsi que des places de logement, et accompagne sur le premier marché du travail. La fondation emploie plus de 1200 personnes sur plusieurs sites dans le canton de Schwyz.

  • Direction technique, opérationnelle et du personnel d-une de nos offres de formes de logement.
  • Gestion directe des responsables des communautés de logement de l-offre de forme de logement (Communauté de logement, Communauté de logement Plus ou Logement Plus).
  • Responsabilité de la mise en œuvre et de l-ancrage vécu du processus de participation ainsi que des concepts et directives agogiques dans le quotidien professionnel.
  • Participation au processus budgétaire et respect des directives économiques.
  • Mise en réseau interne et externe et promotion active de la collaboration interdisciplinaire.
  • Développement orienté sur les besoins et les objectifs de l-offre de forme de logement.
  • Participation à des projets, pilotage et surveillance des processus de changement.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Formation tertiaire dans le domaine social ou des soins.
  • Expérience professionnelle et de direction pertinente de plusieurs années ainsi qu-une formation solide en leadership.
  • Compétences marquées en leadership, organisation et gestion ainsi qu-une compréhension économique.
  • Capacité à combiner exigences professionnelles et opérationnelles et à façonner activement les changements.
