Introduction ###

Garage et Carrosserie de Sainte-Croix, Raposo Thibaut, recherche une personne organisée et accueillante pour rejoindre son équipe en qualité de Secrétaire.

Vous appréciez le contact avec la clientèle, le domaine automobile et le travail administratif varié ? Ce poste vous permettra d-évoluer dans un environnement à taille humaine, au cœur du canton de Vaud.

Responsabilités ###

  • Accueillir les clientes et clients au garage et répondre à leurs demandes avec professionnalisme.
  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques et assurer le suivi des demandes.
  • Organiser les rendez-vous pour les travaux mécaniques et de carrosserie.
  • Établir, contrôler et suivre les devis, ordres de réparation et factures.
  • Assurer diverses tâches administratives et la mise à jour des dossiers clients.
  • Coordonner les échanges entre la clientèle, l-atelier, les assurances et les partenaires.
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement quotidien de la réception et du secrétariat.

Qualifications ###

  • Formation commerciale ou expérience professionnelle dans un poste administratif similaire.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur automobile, une carrosserie ou un garage constitue un avantage.
  • Excellent sens de l-accueil, de l-organisation et des priorités.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques Crésus facturation et compta, Word, Excel,....
  • Personnalité fiable, autonome, polyvalente et orientée service.
  • Permis de conduire valable en Suisse, un atout.
