Responsabilités principales Accueillir les patients et répondre aux appels téléphoniques Gérer les rendez-vous à l’aide d’un logiciel de gestion médicale Traiter les fax entrants et sortants Répondre aux questions des patients Encaisser les paiements pour les services privés Gérer les courriels et diverses demandes administratives Classer, photocopier et archiver les documents Mettre à jour les dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME) Assurer certaines tâches administratives en soutien à l’équipe lors des absences Profil recherché Compétences professionnelles Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Suite Office, Outlook, Internet) Expérience en service à la clientèle Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) requis Qualités personnelles Sens de l’organisation et rigueur Attitude positive, courtoise et professionnelle Patience, écoute et respect de la confidentialité Esprit d’équipe et autonomie Ce que nous vous offrons!
