Chargé de Crédit Senior

Ce que vous accomplissez :

  • Vous effectuez des contrôles formels et matériels des demandes de crédit et soutenez les conseillers clients dans l-octroi des crédits. De plus, vous analysez les demandes de crédit en termes de risques et d-opportunités ainsi que la structuration des demandes en étroite collaboration avec les unités frontales et différents départements spécialisés
  • Vous prenez des décisions de crédit en autonomie et préparez les demandes de crédit pour les instances décisionnelles supérieures
  • Vous saisissez les comptes annuels des clients commerciaux et calculez les notations ainsi que les capacités d-endettement
  • Vous gérez et surveillez les portefeuilles de crédit en ce qui concerne les directives, les exigences et la documentation
  • Vous jouez un rôle de pont interdisciplinaire et assurez un dialogue continu avec les parties impliquées
  • Vous contribuez activement à l-amélioration des processus et participez à des projets

Voici comment vous réussissez :

  • Vous possédez un apprentissage bancaire achevé (commerce) ou des études en économie d-entreprise (université, haute école spécialisée, haute école professionnelle) avec des formations complémentaires dans le domaine Banking & Finance
  • Idéalement, vous avez une expérience avérée dans le domaine du crédit et/ou en tant que chargé de crédit
  • Vous disposez d-excellentes capacités analytiques pour comprendre des problématiques complexes et élaborer des solutions de structuration
  • Vous convainquez par une attitude compétente et engageante, de bonnes compétences en communication avec une grande intelligence sociale ainsi qu-un comportement responsable
  • Vous vous distinguez par une grande autonomie, flexibilité et orientation d-équipe
  • Vous êtes une personne engagée et résistante, qui prend volontiers des initiatives, pense de manière entrepreneuriale et reste toujours curieuse
  • Une bonne connaissance du système bancaire Finnova ou la volonté de vous y familiariser rapidement est un avantage
