Gestion de projet en construction routière et coaching des collaborateurs

Notre cliente est une entreprise suisse renommée avec des succursales dans toutes les régions linguistiques de la Suisse. Ses compétences clés sont le conseil, la planification et la gestion de projet à toutes les phases du génie civil et du bâtiment. Les clients du secteur privé ainsi que du secteur public apprécient les services excellents que le personnel engagé fournit jour après jour. Nous recherchons pour le canton de Berne et les régions avoisinantes une personnalité compétente, dotée d-un fort leadership et orientée client en tant que Chef de projet senior en construction routière au sein de la direction.

Dans cette fonction, vous êtes la force motrice dans votre domaine, de l-idée à la préparation de l-offre jusqu-à l-exécution, à travers toutes les phases du projet. En tant que cadre dirigeant, vous déléguez les tâches aux ingénieurs de votre équipe, orchestrez les prestations de soutien du bureau de projet et donnez une image positive par la manière dont vous conduisez vos projets. Avec votre supérieur hiérarchique, vous contribuez au développement de l-unité commerciale construction routière sur le marché concerné et consolidez les relations clients dans votre région. Vous appréciez les circuits courts dans l-organisation ainsi que l-échange actif et respectueux à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.

Vos tâches

  • Gestion globale de projets de A à Z en construction routière pour le secteur public dans le canton de Berne
  • Direction, promotion et développement des ingénieurs et spécialistes techniques de votre équipe
  • Planification et organisation des ressources au sein du département construction routière en collaboration avec le responsable de l-unité commerciale
  • Gestion de clients stratégiques importants dans votre région
  • Participation à la conception et à l-influence des processus commerciaux internes et des flux de travail

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en génie civil dans une haute école spécialisée ou à l-ETH
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente de plusieurs années en construction routière
  • Chef de projet passionné avec le talent de faire progresser ses collègues en tant que coach
  • Personnalité communicative avec une attitude engageante tant en externe qu-en interne
